To message someone, simply go to their profile after matching and tap on the 'Message' icon. You can start a conversation from there!

I was notified that someone likes me but I can't see who.

This feature is often part of our premium membership. To see who liked you instantly, consider upgrading your Pookeee subscription.

One of my chats disappeared.

Chats can disappear if a user has unmatched you, deleted their account, or if their account was removed for violating community guidelines. Unfortunately, we cannot recover disappeared chats.

What happens when I report someone?

When you report someone, our moderation team reviews the report promptly. Your identity remains anonymous. We take all reports seriously to maintain a safe community.

Having trouble verifying?

If you're having trouble with verification, please ensure your photos meet our guidelines (clear, recent, and show your face). If issues persist, contact support with details of the problem.

Sign Up and Login

I can't log in.

If you're having trouble logging in, please check your internet connection and ensure your credentials are correct. If the issue persists, try resetting your password or contact our support team for assistance.

Will I lose all my matches and chats if I delete the app?

Deleting the app will not affect your account data. However, if you delete your account, all matches and chats will be permanently removed.

I deleted my account and can't reset my password to log in again.

If you've deleted your account, you will need to create a new one. Unfortunately, we cannot recover deleted accounts or reset passwords for them.

The app keeps crashing.

If the app is crashing, try clearing the cache or reinstalling the app. If the problem continues, please contact our support team with details about your device and the issue.

Problems with Facebook permissions?

If you're experiencing issues with Facebook permissions, ensure that you have granted the necessary permissions in your Facebook settings. If problems persist, try logging in with a different method or contact support.

How can I edit my profile?

To edit your profile, go to the 'Profile' section and tap on the 'Edit' button. You can update your information, photos, and preferences from there.

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to 'Settings' and select 'Delete Account'. Follow the prompts to confirm the deletion. Please note that this action is irreversible.

How can I set up my metric system?

You can set up your metric system in the 'Settings' section under 'Preferences'. Choose your preferred units for height, weight, and distance.

How can I turn notifications off?

To turn off notifications, go to 'Settings' and select 'Notifications'. You can customize which notifications you want to receive or disable them entirely.

What being verified means?

Being verified means that your profile has been confirmed as authentic by our team. This helps build trust within the community and enhances your profile's credibility.

Photos

How come my photos keep being rejected?

Photos may be rejected if they don't meet our guidelines. Ensure your photos are clear, recent, and show your face. Avoid using filters, group photos, or images that violate our community standards.

Can I send photos to my matches and how?

Yes, you can send photos to your matches through the chat feature. Simply open the chat and tap on the attachment icon to send images.

Are there any rules for public photos?

Public photos must adhere to our community guidelines. They should be appropriate, respectful, and not contain any offensive or explicit content.

Someone stole my photos and uses them as their own. What do I do?

If you suspect someone is using your photos without permission, report the profile immediately. Our team will investigate and take appropriate action.

I want to upload a picture without my face on it as a public photo, how come I can't?

Public photos must include your face to ensure authenticity and trust within the community. Photos without a face may be rejected to maintain these standards.

Swiping

I have swiped through many pictures before I realized you can't go back and like the person. What now?

Unfortunately, once you've swiped past a profile, you cannot go back to like it. You can try using the 'Rewind' feature if available, or wait for the profile to appear again in your feed.

Can I report someone?

Yes, you can report someone by going to their profile and selecting the 'Report' option. Our moderation team will review the report and take necessary action.

I don't have any matches.

If you're not getting matches, try updating your profile with clear photos and a detailed bio. Adjust your preferences and be active on the app to increase your chances of matching.

Zoe says "there's no one new around you", yet I keep getting notifications that someone likes me.

This can happen if the likes are from users who are outside your current location settings or if they have recently changed their location. Adjust your location settings or check your likes section to see who has liked you.

Matches and Messages

How do I know if someone has matched with me?

You will receive a notification when someone matches with you. You can also check your 'Matches' section to see all your current matches.

Can I delete messages?

Currently, you cannot delete individual messages. However, you can unmatch with someone to remove the entire conversation from your chat history.

How do I unmatch someone?

To unmatch someone, go to your 'Matches' section, select the person, and tap on the 'Unmatch' option. This will remove them from your matches and chats.

How do I message people?

To message someone, go to your 'Matches' section, select the person you want to message, and tap on the 'Message' icon to start a conversation.

Can I send voice messages?

Currently, voice messages are not supported. You can send text messages and photos to communicate with your matches.

How do I block someone?

To block someone, go to their profile, tap on the 'More' option, and select 'Block'. This will prevent them from messaging you or seeing your profile.

Can I see if someone has read my message?

Currently, there is no feature to see if someone has read your message. You can only see when they were last active on the app.

How do I report inappropriate messages?

To report inappropriate messages, go to the chat, tap on the 'More' option, and select 'Report'. Our moderation team will review the report and take necessary action.

How do I know if someone is online?

You can see if someone is online by checking their profile or chat. If they are active, their status will show as 'Online'.

Can I send GIFs in messages?

Currently, sending GIFs is not supported. You can send text messages and photos to communicate with your matches.

How do I mute notifications for a specific chat?

To mute notifications for a specific chat, go to the chat, tap on the 'More' option, and select 'Mute Notifications'. This will stop notifications for that chat only.
